Shipping Locations

At The Artwork, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing and Delivery Time

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: After processing, standard delivery takes approximately 2-4 working days.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order size.
• We ship using DPD or Evri to ensure reliable delivery.

Tracking

• Currently, tracking information is not available for orders. Please refer to your estimated delivery timeframe.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please report it to us within 30 days from the dispatch date. We will conduct an investigation with our carriers, and upon assessment, we may issue a replacement or refund for the lost item.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. To expedite resolution, please provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund if deemed necessary.
